Our sterile manufacturing vessels are ideal for preparing a wide range of products, including injections, sterile formulations, small-volume preparations, and inhaler solutions.
Each vessel is equipped with purpose-built accessories tailored to meet your specific needs. Available with either a standard or magnetic stirrer, depending on customer preferences, these vessels—also known as pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing vessels—feature a dish-shaped top and bottom, with flanged ends and a silicone gasket for secure sealing.
Our fully integrated Manufacturing Vessels/Skids offer a complete end-to-end solution, seamlessly designed to support aseptic processes. Customizable and optimized to handle medium to high capacities, these systems ensure 100% cleanability and drainability, meeting the highest standards for sterility.
Designed and engineered by our expert team at our advanced design center, all necessary components, including process piping, are manufactured and rigorously tested in-house. These fully integrated systems operate as a single, high-performance unit with reliable automation, programmed in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations for ultimate quality and safety.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST (FAT) / SITE ACCEPTANCE TEST (SAT)
All our systems undergo rigorous testing in our dedicated FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) area, fully equipped with all necessary utilities. We ensure that every instrument performs optimally under the specified conditions, providing reliable and efficient results.
Our quality assurance (QA) team meticulously oversees the entire process, ensuring that all required documentation is thoroughly prepared and maintained before and during the FAT/SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) phases.
