1. Boroscopy / Videoscopy Service

At Esteril Process Solutions, we deliver services tailored to meet our clients’ specific requirements, with a strong focus on quality and production efficiency. Our offerings include commissioning state-of-the-art automated welding equipment to ensure precise and reliable outcomes.

We also provide Boroscopy / Videoscopy Services, which are widely utilized across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemical plants, food processing, and piping plants. These services are essential for ensuring the integrity and quality of equipment and systems in critical applications.

Objective

  • Pipes are inspected for internal surface finish & weld joints by taking high resolution images.
  • Best method for inspection & documentation of orbital welding joints.
  • To determine the occurrence of internal defects including corrosion, pitting or presence of foreign objects such as dust agglomerates, welding / grinding chips, cracks.
  • To determine the amount of erosion, other extraneous problems in the locations for examination.

Advantages

  • High-Resolution image.
  • Concentrated remote operation.
  • Compatible with the observation of various subjects.

2. Orbital Welding Service

Orbital welding is a precise technique in which the welding tool rotates 360° around a stationary workpiece, minimizing operator error in pipe and tube welding. This method ensures uniform, high-quality welds, which are often challenging to achieve through manual welding processes.

Using a computer-controlled system, the orbital welding process produces consistent, repeatable welds with minimal operator intervention. This level of automation results in improved weld quality and reliability, making it an ideal solution for industries requiring precision and efficiency in welding applications.

Advantages

  • Boosts productivity.
  • Highly precise & high-quality tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) weld joints
  • Improved workplace safety.
  • Advance features like program saving, fine control & printout of welding parameters.
  • Easy to repeat the same quality of weld joints.

3. Electropolishing Service

Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that removes surface material through anodic dissolution. This technique is used to smooth and enhance the finish of metallic workpieces, such as stainless steel, by leveling micro-peaks and valleys. The result is a significant reduction in surface roughness, leaving the metal with a smoother, more reflective, and aesthetically improved surface. Electropolishing not only enhances the appearance but also improves the material’s durability and corrosion resistance.

Objective

  • Removes micro peaks & valleys resulting in ultra-polished surface finish.
  • Creates a clean, smooth surface that is easier to sterilize.
  • Improve anticorrosive properties.

Advantages

  • Superior process than mechanical polishing.
  • Easy to repeat the same quality of surface finish.
  • Lustrous surface finish.
  • Microscopically smooth surface.

4. Custom Design Equipment & Processes

Technology integration and design synthesis are at the core of our systems, ensuring that every solution is precisely tailored to meet customer and process requirements. Each component is fully customizable, providing flexibility to incorporate the right level of technology for the specific application. This guarantees that the equipment we build not only meets but exceeds our customers’ expectations for form, function, cost, and timing.

Every system is designed, manufactured, and rigorously tested to ensure optimal performance for its intended process. We perform thorough checks such as hydro testing, pressure testing, and slope verification to ensure proper installation. Additionally, we provide comprehensive documentation in compliance with CGMP standards, including DQ, OQ, IQ, P&ID, isometric, as-built drawings, electrical schematics, and all necessary certifications.

Acceptance Test

Factory Acceptance Test

All equipment undergoes a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our facility to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. We invite our customers to attend the FAT, where they can review the system’s construction, performance, and documentation firsthand before the equipment is dispatched for on-site installation.

This collaborative approach ensures transparency and confidence in the final product.

Site Acceptance Test

All equipment undergoes a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) once installed. During this on-site testing, the equipment is connected to all utilities, and comprehensive test results are reported, including the handling of any deviations.

The process is carried out according to a specified procedure by our experienced engineers, with the client present to ensure full transparency and satisfaction with the equipment’s performance.
