This website, esteril.in, is run by Esteril Process Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Esteril", "we", "us"). We design and build pharmaceutical process equipment, including vessel skids, CIP/SIP systems, complex process skids and automation systems.

We use this to keep the site secure, to stop spam and misuse of the enquiry form, and to understand how the site is used. • To manage a project, quotation or order if one follows, including factory acceptance testing, installation, documentation and support.

• To measure which of our online advertising leads to enquiries, so that we spend on what works.

We use your details for these purposes because you have given them to us for that reason, or where the law allows us to. We do not sell your personal information. If we want to send you marketing messages that you did not ask for, we will ask for your permission first.

• Simplifyne Technologies, the agency that builds and maintains this website for us. Simplifyne can access the website and enquiry records only to maintain and improve the website and its reporting.
• Service providers that run the website for us: our website hosting provider, our email service provider, spam-protection services, and Google (Analytics, Search Console and Google Ads). Google Ads receives information about ad clicks and enquiries so that ad results can be measured.
• Our professional advisers, courts or government authorities, if the law requires or to protect our legal rights.
• A buyer or successor, if Esteril's business is sold or merged. Your information would remain protected by this policy.

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.

6. Where your information is processed

Some of our providers, such as Google, process data on servers outside India. When your information is processed outside India, we rely on the provider's own safeguards and on what Indian law permits.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry records for 3 years after our last communication with you. We keep them longer if a project, contract, warranty or legal or tax requirement needs it. We keep job applications for 12 months after the position is filled or closed, unless you ask us to keep your details for future openings. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

8. How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards: the website uses HTTPS, enquiry records sit in a password-protected area that only authorised people can open, and the form has protections against spam and automated misuse. No website or system can be made completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.

9. Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information of yours we hold and how we use it.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
